Mr. Kumar is a technology executive with more than 20 years of experience leading enterprise IT strategy, architecture, and digital transformation initiatives across federal and commercial sectors. An OSCP-, CISSP-, TOGAF-, and PMP-certified leader, he brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, AI-driven solutions, and cloud modernization, with a track record of delivering secure, scalable systems in complex, mission-critical environments.

His work has supported the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of Education, as well as research and technology initiatives aligned with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He has also supported leading financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch and JPMorgan Chase.
