Susan Holbrook, M.A.

Ms. Holbrook is a skilled project manager and meeting planner with over 20 years of experience working with government and private organizations. She possesses extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Federal Travel Regulation, the U.S. Department of Health &Human Services’ conference request and approval process, and internal agency regulations related to program oversight, planning, logistics coordination, and administration. Ms. Holbrook is adept at planning in-person, virtual, and hybrid scientific meetings of various sizes and levels of complexity. She was recently selected by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) director to receive the 2025 NIDA Director’s Award of Merit in recognition of her outstanding service to NIDA in organizing and executing impactful meetings.
